Our Facility!

Our building is located in North Chase Industrial Park.  Our address is 3301-B Merchant Court and we are just off North Chase Parkway NE.  Our building is 2500 square feet and is split into three rooms.

The Lobby!

Our Lobby is the first room you will see and there you will find our bathroom, microwave, refrigerator, and all of the other things you need for daily use.

You will also see many pictures and certificates from our years in the martial arts world.

The Middle Room/Study Room

Upon leaving the lobby you will enter our middle room which is used as our Homework area.  With a certified middle school teacher and former early childhood educator on staff we help your student with their after school assigments.

This room offers a nice quiet place for study that is separated from our main work out area by the doors you see in the pictures to the right.

The floor to this room is covered in a comfortable great puzzle foam and measures twenty five by thirty feet in size.

Students working in this room will have all the guidance they need to complete their assignments in time to participate in the daily activity.

The Back Room/Activity Room

Our back room is where most of the fun happens!  Measuring over 1500 square feet it is the perfect size for a karate class.

But karate is not all we do in our back room.  Brent Holland is a certified physical education teacher and he and his brother always come up with new games for the kids to play.

In the back room you are likely to find highly contested games of dodgeball (with foam balls) or various chasing and tag games or even games played with our immensely popular foam chanbara swords!  Every day is something different at our dojo.

Our floor is covered with one inch thick foam puzzle mats and our walls are boarded to make this room nearly indestructible.

Please feel free to come by and see our facility for yourself!

Our Goal here at Cape Fear Isshin-Ryu is to give your child a positive outlet for the creative energies.  Our two senior instructors combine for more than 28 years in the martial arts and have an excellent record for teaching safe, fun, and challenging martial arts.  As with every such program, we have rules that all students must follow.
