What Every New Student Needs to Know!
When you come to your first class dress comfortably and do your best to imitate those around you. You will undoubtedly feel foolish and awkward, but this is entirely natural. In just a few weeks you will feel much more natural and before you know it, you will feel like you have been training with us forever. Once you have decided that you want to stay the course, go ahead and invest the 35 dollars in a uniform. It will make you feel much more a part of the group when you are dressed like everyone else. Paying the six dollars for our first DVD is a good idea as well since it is a great training tool for beginners. The more you practice the better you will get. Spending just 10 minutes a day working on basics and kicks can make a giant difference in the long term. |

How much do things cost?
Cape Fear Isshin-Ryu is a ministry of Castle Hayne Baptist Church and thus the cost of participating in our program is very low. The prices listed below are for things you will need along the way. The prices are what we pay for the items, there is no mark up.
